By accessing or using the One Board, One Future for Plainfield Board of Education ("we",  "our", "us" or  " the Campaign) website (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.  We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.  Notification of any changes is given by updating the Effective Date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.​

 One Board, One Future respects the privacy of our website visitors, donors, volunteers, and supporters. and does not sell or rent your personal information.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle the information we collect, use, and share about you.

3. Site Usage

This site is intended to help you learn about, interact with, and lend support to our campaign.  You may only use the site as intended.

4. Donations

All donations made from this site must comply with NJ Election Law Enforcement Commission ( NJ ELEC) regulations:

  • You are a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident;

  • You are making this contribution with your funds and not on behalf of another person or entity;

  • You are not a federal contractor;

  • You are at least 18 years old.

5. Intellectual Property

The site is the intellectual property of the Campaign or its licensor(s); no content may be reused without prior written permission from the appropriate owner(s).​ If you believe that anything on our Site infringes any intellectual property that you own or control, please notify us at oneboardonefuture@gmail.com.

6. User Content

Our Site may allow you to contribute digital content that you have created or encountered( “User Contributed Content”). You must not post or share User Contributed Content that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property of another party;

  • It isn't relevant to an educational topic;

  • Engages in cyber-bullying, hate speech, or stalking conduct;

  • Is unlawful, libelous, inflammatory, or lewd;

  • Contains or promotes commercial products or endeavors;

  • Distributes spam or harmful content;

We may share information on third-party organizations, events, products, services, activities, and websites.  We are not responsible for these organizations or their events, products, services, activities, and websites. Use this information at your discretion.​

No representations or warranties are made about the accuracy, reliability, performance, or completeness of site information and functionality, or legality and/or appropriateness of User Contributed Content.  Any reliance on site information and functionality or User  Contributed Content is strictly at your own risk.
